Before we build on any Remington 700 type receiver it needs to be blueprinted. We start by cutting the receiver face, threads, and locking lug abutments true to the bore line in the receiver. Next we cut the bolt face as well as the front and back of the locking lugs true to the bolt body. Finally we lap the freshly cut lugs into their seats.
